In a letter from April D. Fiorella, Deputy General Manager of the hotel, "We are excited to extend a special value price of $95.00 per room night. This price includes a hot, complimentary breakfast buffet for each morning that you are here. We are located only 1 block from the Gus macker event and have the only full service hotel in the area.

We have plenty of free covered parking, a heated indoor pool, fitness center, business center and much more. Since we are the only full service hotel in downtown, we can offer catering for team dinners, and also have private hospitality rooms that can be rented as well."
